Written about taking a new start and only being able to reach new highs after going through lows. Refresh discusses taking risks “... rolling the dice, was this a mistake” and being there for someone who is feeling worthless and ‘stuck’ in everyday motions.

About wanting to feel everything rather than ignoring a problem/avoiding parts of life “... want to take in everything, every light, that you bring”. That it’s okay to feel bad again sometimes (“it’ll reoccur, but I’ll reassure you, it’ll all be fine, always adore you”).

The track was written around the time of adopting a new cat and how it can be a big change in one’s life and have such a positive impact (“rolling the dice...” - Madi's cat ‘Nico’s original foster name was actually Dice.)
