"Navigating the extreme opposites of highs and lows, the track explores the all-consuming feeling of self-doubt".
I wrote 0-100 after I was told "you're always at 100, actually you're always either at 0 or 100"...
0-100 showcases insecurities of feeling like you're not good enough for someone and struggling comparing yourself to others.
Sometimes I definitely feel a bit dramatic/sensitive and hope others who relate can listen to 0-100 and know that it's okay !!

0-100 (Lyrics)
Saying all the wrong things
Am I overreacting
Second guessing every time
Got a lot of feelings
It’s clear that I’m still dealing with
But I’m fine
Throw myself under but I’ll build you up
Everyone’s important
And I’m never enough
Time and place for healing
But I’ll just keep on spiralling out
Stop talking, let thoughts in, be alright for once
This loneliness
Keeps taking up the space in my head
This emptiness
I guess I’m always just a little too loud
A little off beat
A little zoned out
I guess I’m always never saying enough
Am I being polite, cause I know it’s been rough
You say, I’m only zero to one hundred
There’s no in between
There’s no in between
Feel like a hero then I’m crumbling
There’s no in between, I get what you mean
You’ve got it together, composed in your nature
Cooler than I’ll ever be
Always feelings guilty, know it’s not the best thing
Wearing my whole heart on my sleeve
Throw myself under but I’ll build you up
Everyone’s important
And I’m never enough
Time and place for healing
But I’ll just keep on spiralling out
Stop talking, let thoughts in, be alright
I guess I’m always just a little too loud
A little off beat
A little zoned out
I guess I’m always never saying enough
Am I being polite, cause I know it’s been rough
You say, I’m only zero to one hundred
There’s no in between
There’s no in between
Feel like a hero then I’m crumbling
There’s no in between, I get what you mean
(Ooh, stop talking let thoughts in be alright… you say I’m 0-100)
I guess I’m always just a little off beat
A little zoned out
A little too loud
A little off beat
A little zoned out
A little off too loud, a little too loud
You say I’m 0-100, feel like a hero then I’m crumbling…
